Most things answer themselves once you have browsed a home or two. A few come up often.

How long can I stay?: Stays start at about a week and can run to a year or more. Each host sets the minimum and maximum for their own home, so the range varies from place to place.
Do I need an invitation?: No. Anyone can create an account and browse every public home. Some homes are kept private and shared by a host’s introduction — but the open collection is there for everyone to explore.
How do I book a home?: Find a home, request your dates, and message the host directly. Once the host confirms the stay, you are set — arrive and settle in.
Who do I contact for help?: Write to us any time. WhisperHome is small, so a real person reads every note and usually replies within a day.
